• Each memberships will include either unlimited brow threading or brow waxing
• Members can come in as many times within the month of their membership
• Brow members will receive a 10% discount on products and services at regular price throughout their membership period
• Exclusive offer’s throughout the year will be offered to members only
• Receive a $20 credit on their account during their birthday month that can be applied to services only

RULES

•Memberships are offered at the spa level and cannot be utilized at other spas or discounts.
•Membership fees cannot be redeemed for other services or products
• Membership is a month to month agreement after a 90 day commitment
• Membership terms is good for 1 year from the time of signing (pricing/offers/discounts may change)
• Members must have a credit card on file for autopay drafts
• Membership discount cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion or offer. Members will automatically receive promo rate instead
• Ex. If there is a 20% off tinting, members will not receive an additional 10%. They will receive the 20% promo instead.
• Birthday Credit will be applied on the members account and can only be applied for additional services
• Birthday credit cannot be applied to monthly membership rate

FAQs

Is it possible for me to freeze or temporarily suspend my membership?

You can pause your membership for a maximum of 60 days per year, in increments of 30 days each. However, during this time, there will be a $10 fee in place of your membership fee.

Will I still have access to my membership benefits while it's on hold?

While your membership is paused, you won’t be able to utilize any membership perks.

Is there a minimum duration for memberships?

All memberships require a 90-day commitment before transitioning into a month-to-month agreement. If you opt to cancel within this commitment period, you’ll be responsible for paying the remaining balance for the committed months.

Can I cancel my membership?

Cancellation is possible after the initial 90-day commitment. However, a 30-day written notice before your next scheduled payment is necessary for cancellation of a monthly membership plan. Refunds won’t be issued once the monthly membership has been charged or paid in full.

How can I enroll for a membership?

You can sign up for a membership by visiting a spa in person.

Can I use my membership at multiple locations?

Memberships are valid only at the specific Idolize spa location where the membership application was submitted. Each Idolize spa operates independently and memberships aren’t transferable.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

Memberships cannot be transferred to another person or to a different Idolize spa location due to the independent operation of each spa.

Can I share my membership benefits with others?

Your membership benefits, including the unlimited services and perks, are exclusively for your use.

What's included in the membership?

Membership grants you unlimited services as per your chosen plan, a 10% discount on additional services and products, exclusive membership offers and discounts, as well as a special birthday gift.

Are there any extra fees associated with the spa membership?

Yes, there is a $20 enrollment fee required by Idolize for membership enrollment.
